Sajdah D. Golde, Esq., LL.M. is the founder of Golde Law Firm, a California-based practice representing clients in personal injury, civil rights, entertainment, and tax matters. Sajdah brings a rare combination of courtroom-ready litigation training and deep in-house tax and media industry experience to every matter she handles.
Before founding Golde Law Firm, Sajdah practiced as an Associate Attorney at Downtown L.A. Law Group, where her work focused on personal injury and accident cases. Prior to returning to the practice of law full-time, she spent nearly a decade in corporate tax roles at some of the entertainment industry's most recognizable companies — most recently as Tax Manager at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she advised on corporate tax matters for film and television productions, and previously as Senior Tax Analyst at Netflix, where she worked on production tax incentives.
Earlier in her career, Sajdah was a Senior Associate at KPMG focused on the taxation of mergers and acquisitions, and an Associate at PwC advising financial services clients on alternative investment funds. That foundation gives Golde Law Firm's entertainment and tax clients a level of industry fluency — on productions, incentives, and deal structures — that few litigation boutiques can offer.
Golde Law Firm proudly represents plaintiffs in personal injury and civil rights matters, as well as creatives, talent, producers, and production companies in transactions and disputes across the music, film, and television industries.
